RIO GRANDE VALLEY – There are currently at least 13 players who previously played for the UTRGV men's basketball team actively playing professional basketball. Here is an update on home some of them are doing, courtesy of Eurobasket:
 
Terry Winn III (2017-19) scored 20 points with 11 rebounds as the North Adelaide Rockets fell to the South Adelaide Panthers 89-57 on the road in the Australian NBL1 Central group of the Australian State League. Winn is averaging 14.5 points, 8.6 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.1 steals in 10 games.
 
Johnny Crnogorac (2017-19) scored eight points with six rebounds and two blocks as the Inner West Bulls fell to the Canberra Gunners 97-71 in the NBL1 East group of the Australian State League. Crnogorac is averaging 7.5 points, 7.4 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 2.8 blocks per game.

Xavier McDaniel Jr. (2016-18) plays for Flint United in The Basketball League.
Perry Petty (2010-11) plays for Gorgan in Iranian Superleague
Lew Stallworth (2015-18) plays for Tskhum-Abkhazeti in the Georgian Super League.
Paul Stoll (2006-08) plays for Hapoel SP Tel Aviv in the Israel-Winner League.
Luis Valera (2008-10) plays for Guadalajara in Spanish EBA
Lesley Varner II (2016-20) plays for UBSC Raiffeisen Graz in Austrian BSL
