Beaumont,
Texas - Texas-Pan American (3-8) lost their second straight match, 7-0 to
McNeese State. UTPA will take on Texas State-San Marcos, Saturday, April 10.
The match is scheduled to start at noon.
The Lady Broncs
had two tough losses to McNeese State. At Number One Doubles, Vanessa Hedinger (Fr./Therwil, Switzerland/Gymnasium Berwil) and Elysia Sloan
(So./Duncanville, Texas/Duncanville HS) took a tough 9-7 loss to Noelia Furno
and Marina Gando. Hedinger put up a battle at Number One Singles
before falling 4-6, 6-3 (10-7) to Furno.
