The University of-Texas Pan American baseball game was suspended due to rain on Friday (Feb.29) in game one of the double-header.

A steady rain forced the suspension of the Jackson State and Texas-Pan American baseball game Friday evening.

Play was halted at the bottom of the seventh inning, when JSU held an 8-7 lead. The game will resume Saturday at 1 pm at the JSU baseball field.

The regularly scheduled double-header will be played immediately after.
