Final Stats

CHICAGO, IL--The University of Texas-Pan American men's basketball team lost to Chicago State University this Saturday afternoon (Feb. 6), 76-69 at the Emil and Patricia Jones Convocation Center in Chicago, Illinois.

Freshman Aaron Urbanus led Texas-Pan American with 17 points and Julius Hearn added 15 point of his own. Matt Mierzycki recorded a double-double with 10 points and 14 rebounds to round out the top scorers for the Broncs.

Kabangu Kasamba and Christian Wall led CSU with 18 points each while Carl Montgomery notched a double-double with 15 points and 11 rebounds.

The Broncs return to action on Wednesday (Feb.10) when they host Houston Baptist at the UTPA Fieldhouse on Sam Williams Court. Game time is slated for 8.0.0 p.m.
