LAS VEGAS, Nev. – The second-seeded University of Texas Rio Grande Valley Vaqueros women's basketball team (17-12, 9-5 WAC) opens up the Western Athletic Conference Tournament with a quarterfinals matchup against the seventh-seeded Chicago State University Cougars (4-24, 2-12 WAC) on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. CT (4:30 p.m. PT) at Orleans Arena.
