EDINBURG – The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley women's basketball team (10-6, 0-0 WAC) opens up Western Athletic Conference play against Chicago State (0-14, 0-0 WAC) on Thursday at 7 p.m. at the UTRGV Fieldhouse.

The first 200 fans in attendance will receive free UTRGV basketball t-shirts.

Doors open at 6.

UTRGV is looking to win its sixth-straight game for the first time in program history.
