EDINBURG – The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley baseball team (24-23) plays the final game of the inaugural
South Texas Showdown, presented by Navy Army Community Credit Union, against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (15-29) on Tuesday at 7 p.m. at UTRGV Baseball Stadium.
Fans wearing their showdown t-shirts given away by UTRGV at previous home showdown events this season will be treated to complimentary hot dogs.
It's also $2 Tuesday, meaning general admission tickets and most concession items will be available for $2 each.
Gates open at 6.
