EDINBURG – The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley volleyball team (20-8, 11-3 WAC) can clinch a top-two finish and a first round bye in the WAC Tournament with a win over Chicago State (9-22, 3-11 WAC) on Thursday at 7 p.m. at the UTRGV Fieldhouse.

Doors open at 6.

If UTRGV wins and New Mexico State beats Kansas City at home, UTRGV will clinch at least a share of the WAC Championship. If UTRGV wins and Kansas City wins, it will set-up a winner-take-all match on Saturday at 12 p.m. between those two teams at the UTRGV Fieldhouse.
