EDINBURG – The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley volleyball team (21-8, 12-3 WAC) can clinch win the Western Athletic Conference (WAC) Championship outright by beating Kansas City (20-9, 11-4 WAC) on Saturday at 12 p.m. at the UTRGV Fieldhouse.

Doors open at 11 a.m.

UTRGV has already clinched a share of the WAC Championship, a top-two finish and a first round bye in the WAC Tournament. In order to win the title outright and secure the No. 1 seed, however, UTRGV needs to win this match or have Chicago State win at New Mexico State while losing to Kansas City in either four or five sets.
