EDINBURG – The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley women's basketball team (3-3, 0-0 WAC) is set to face Prairie View A&M University (2-1) on the first day of the Battle on the Border Tournament on Friday at 7 p.m. at the UTRGV Fieldhouse.
The first game of the day will be between Louisiana and Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, which starts at 4:30 p.m. Doors open at 3:30 p.m.
Friday is also Friends and Family Night where fans can get four tickets, four hotdogs, and four drinks for $25.
