SAN ANTONIO –The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) volleyball team went 3-0 at the UTSA Spring Tournament on Saturday at the Convocation Center.
 
UTRGV started the day with a 2-0 (30-28, 25-22) victory over host UTSA. UTRGV then beat a club team 2-0 (24-14, 25-23) before closing out the day with a 2-0 (25-17, 25-18) victory over St. Edward's.
 
UTRGV used its entire roster, using six different lineups and letting those lineups compete through the ups and downs of each set.
 
UTRGV is back in action on April 4 at 3 p.m. at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi.
