EDINBURG –The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) volleyball team closed out the spring season with a 3-1 (25-11, 25-19, 19-25, 15-12) exhibition victory over Texas A&M-Corpus Christi on Tuesday at the UTRGV Fieldhouse.
UTRGV finishes the spring 9-0-1 with victories in 21 out of 24 sets.
Junior
Ragni Steen Knudsenled UTRGV with 13 kills with two blocks. Sophomore
Barbara Silva recorded 10 kills and two blocks. Sophomores
Veronika Jandova and
Talita Oliveira each posted a team-high three blocks. Senior
