EDINBURG – In the race for a spot in the WAC Tournament, The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley baseball team (22-30, 7-15 WAC) takes part in a must-win game against New Mexico State (35-18, 16-6 WAC) on Friday at 7 p.m. at UTRGV Baseball Stadium.
UTRGV needs to win its last two games and for Chicago State to beat CSU Bakersfield in their final two games to make hte WAC Tournament.
Friday is Little League Night. All little league players wearing their jerseys and their accompanying guests can take advantage of specially priced $3 tickets.
Gates open at 6.
