EDINBURG – The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley volleyball team (7-4) opens up the UTRGV Tournament with matches against Texas Southern (1-8) at 1:30 p.m. and Texas Tech (8-3) at 7 p.m. at the UTRGV Fieldhouse.
The Texas Tech match is also Greek Night, honoring campus fraternities and sororities.
The first match of the day is at 11 a.m. when Texas Tech faces Houston Baptist.
Texas Southern will then face Houston Baptist at 4:30.
Doors open at 10 a.m.
