RIO GRANDE VALLEY – The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley men's basketball team (2-4) faces off against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (2-4) as part of the South Texas Showdown, presented by Navy Army Community Credit Union, on Saturday at 7 p.m. at the UTRGV Fieldhouse.
It's the second game of a single-admission doubleheader, as women's basketball hosts UTSA at 4:30.
Fans can take advantage of family four packs featuring four tickets, four hot dogs and four drinks for $44.
The first 200 fans in attendance for the men's game will receive #BeatCorpus t-shirts.
Current UTRGV students get free general admission with a valid UTRGV student ID.
Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased online at
UTRGVTickets.com. Fans purchasing their tickets online prior to game day can save up to $2 per ticket.
Doors open at 3:30.
