WACO – The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) men's tennis team fell 0-4 on Sunday to No. 10 Baylor University at the Hawkins Indoor Tennis Center.
 
UTRGV (2-4) fell behind after doubles as Baylor (8-0) took the point by winning on courts two and three.
 
Baylor added wins in singles play on courts three, six and four to clinch the win. The other three singles matches went unfinished after the match was clinched.
 
Freshman George Hutchings was up on Adrian Boitan one set to none after picking up the 6-3 win in the first.
 
UTRGV will be back in action on Monday when it travels to Corpus Christi to face Texas A&M-Corpus Christi at 2 p.m. as part of the South Texas Showdown, presented by Navy Army Community Credit Union.
