LAS VEGAS, Nev. – Second seeded The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley women's basketball team (17-13) is set to face off against No. 3 CSU Bakersfield (14-16) on Friday at 4:30 p.m. at Orleans Arena for a spot in the Western Athletic Conference Championship game.

The winner of the semifinals matchup will face the winner of #1 New Mexico State and #4 Kansas City on Saturday at 4 p.m.
