LAS VEGAS – Second seeded The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley women's basketball team (18-13) will face top-seeded New Mexico State (25-6) in the Championship Game of the Western Athletic Conference Tournament on Saturday at 4 p.m. at Orleans Arena for a spot in the NCAA Tournament.
UTRGV Athletics will be hosting watch parties at University Draft House in Edinburg and Casa Bella Apartments in Brownsville so fans can watch the championship game.
University Draft House is located at 2405 W. University Dr.
Casa Bella is located at 2651 FJRM Ave.
With a win, UTRGV will advance to the NCAA Tournament for the first time in program history.
