EDINBURG – The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley baseball team (9-4) hosts UMass (3-1) on Friday at 7 p.m., Saturday at 6, and Sunday at 12 at UTRGV Baseball Stadium.
Friday features a pregame concert with Matt Castillo at 6 p.m. Friday is also Friends and Family Night. Fans can purchase four tickets, four hot dogs and four drinks for just $25. This game features the Raising Cane's Challenge. If UTRGV wins, fans can take home a buy one, get one free Raising Cane's box combo coupon. Gates open at 5.
Saturday is scout night. Girl scouts, boy scouts and their accompanied guests will receive $5 tickets. Scouts will get to patriciate in exclusive fan experiences and earn a UTRGV patch. Contact the UTRGV Fan Relationship Management Center at (956) 665-3415 or (956) 665-3747 or send an email to

Sunday's game features Strike Out Hunger. Fans donating five non-perishable food items receive free general admission. Donations benefit the Food Bank of the Rio Grande Valley.
Gates open at 11 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
