CHICAGO, Ill. – The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) Vaqueros women's basketball team (5-9, 1-1 WAC) returns to Western Athletic Conference (WAC) play when it visits the Chicago State Cougars (2-12, 1-2 WAC) on Thursday at 6 p.m. at the Jones Convocation Center.
