LAKE CHARLES, Louisiana – The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) Vaqueros women's basketball team (0-1) returns to action when they visit the McNeese Cowgirls (1-0) on Thursday at 7 p.m. at the Legacy Center.

The matchup with the Cowgirls will close out the Vaqueros' season opening two-game road trip as they return to the UTRGV Fieldhouse for the home opener on Tuesday against Northern Colorado.
