RIO GRANDE VALLEY – The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) Vaqueros volleyball team (25-6), the team with the top RPI in the Women's National Invitational Volleyball Championship (NIVC), hosts the first two rounds of the NIVC starting on Friday at 7 p.m. at the UTRGV Fieldhouse against the Houston Christian University Huskies (23-10).

Louisiana faces South Dakota State at 4 p.m.

Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased at UTRGVTickets.com.

Current UTRGV students receive free general admission with their student ID. All fans need to follow the clear bag policy, details of which can be found at GoUTRGV.com/ClearBag.

Doors open at 3 p.m.
 
Fans unable to attend the matches in person can watch domestically on ESPN+ or internationally on WAC International.
