RIO GRANDE VALLEY – The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) Vaqueros baseball team (16-12, 6-6 WAC) is set to host the Stephen F. Austin Lumberjacks (8-20, 4-8 WAC) on Friday at 7 p.m., Saturday at 6 p.m. and Sunday at 12 p.m. at UTRGV Baseball Stadium.
Friday, April 8, 7 p.m.
Cane's Challenge
Whenever the Vaqueros win a Friday home game, all fans in the ballpark will receive coupons for buy one, get one free box combos from Raising Cane's on their way out.
Saturday, April 9, 6 p.m.
Selena Night
•The first 250 fans in attendance will receive Selena koozies, courtesy of UTRGV Alumni Relations.
•Fans dressed like or wearing Selena attire get discounted tickets – $5 for adults and $3 for children.
•There will be Selena music and Selena themed trivia and bingo throughout the night.
•Friends & family four packs, including four tickets, four hot dogs and four drinks will be available for just $25 (this offer cannot be combined with the Selena attire ticket offer).
Current UTRGV students get free admission to all games with their student IDs.
Gates open one hour before schedule game time.
