LUBBOCK – The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) Vaqueros women's basketball team (0-0) is set to open the 2023-24 season when they face the Texas Tech Red Raiders (0-0) on Tuesday at 6 p.m. at United Supermarkets Arena.

The Vaqueros will then return home to host Florida International University (FIU) on Friday at 6:30 p.m. in their home opener.
