RIO GRANDE VALLEY – The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) Vaqueros women's basketball team (0-1) is set to host the Florida International University (FIU) Panthers in their home opener on Friday at 6:30 p.m. at the UTRGV Fieldhouse.
Friday night will be Military Appreciation Night where veterans and active military get free admission plus $6 tickets for family and friends. Veterans will be recognized during the national anthem and at halftime.
All fans need to follow the clear bag policy, details of which can be found at

V Club donors at the MVP level or above can take advantage of
priority parking.
The party starts in Schlotzsky's Vaquero Village at 5:30 p.m.
