RIO GRANDE VALLEY – Fans of The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) Vaqueros baseball team (22-16) have a chance to break the single-season program attendance record by coming out in big numbers for the final $2 Tuesday of the season against the Incarnate Word Cardinals (22-18) at 6:30 p.m. at UTRGV Baseball Stadium.
38,229 fans have attended games on 25 dates, the third-best total in program history. If at least 1,472 fans attend Tuesday's game, they will break the program record of 39,700 set across 26 dates in 1975.
For $2 Tuesday, general admission tickets and select concessions will be available for $2 or less.
Current UTRGV students receive free general admission with their student ID.

V Club donors at the MVP level or above can take advantage of
priority parking.
Gates open one hour before first pitch.
