MESA, Ariz. – #7 The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) Vaqueros baseball team (29-24) opens the Western Athletic Conference (WAC) Tournament against the #6 UT Arlington Mavericks (26-27) on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. at Hohokam Stadium, the spring training home of the Oakland A's.
Fans can watch together at a watch party at
Walk-On's Bistreaux & Bar at 415 Trenton Rd. in Edinburg.
Game was originally scheduled to start at 6 p.m. but was pushed back when the previous game ended at 5:37 p.m.
The winner faces #1 Grand Canyon on Wednesday at 9 p.m. The loser faces the loser of the game between #5 Abilene Christian and #8 California Baptist on Wednesday at 2 p.m. in an elimination game.
