HOUSTON – The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) Vaqueros volleyball team will face off with the Houston Christian (HCU) Huskies in a Southland Conference (SLC) match Saturday at 1 p.m. at Sharp Gym.
The Vaqueros (5-7, 1-1 SLC ) are coming off their first-ever win in SLC action after defeating Incarnate Word, 3-0, on Thursday. The Huskies (5-9, 2-1 SLC) dropped a conference match, 3-0, to Stephen F. Austin on Thursday. Saturday's match will not be streamed but fans can follow along via
live stats.
The Vaqueros will return to the UTRGV Fieldhouse for a three-match homestand starting Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. with a South Texas Showdown match against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi.
