MESA, Ariz. – No. 7 The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) Vaqueros baseball team (29-24) looks to win back-to-back elimination games Friday to reach the WAC Tournament Championship Series for the first time since 2021 by facing No. 4 California Baptist (35-23) at 5 p.m. and No. 2 Abilene Christian (33-24)  at 8 p.m. (or approximately 30 minutes after the first game ends) at Hohokam Stadium, the spring training home of the Oakland A's.

UTRGV will only face Abilene Christian if it beats California Baptist.
