NEW ORLEANS, La. – The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) Vaqueros men's basketball team (9-4, 1-1 SLC) returns to Southland Conference (SLC) play when they visit the University of New Orleans (2-11, 0-2 SLC) on Saturday at 5 p.m. at Lakefront Arena.
  
The Vaqueros kick off a three-game road trip in New Orleans before heading to Southeastern on Monday and then visits Texas A&M-Corpus Christi on Jan. 11
