RIO GRANDE VALLEY – The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) Vaqueros women's basketball team is hosting the #2 Texas Longhorns Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. at Bert Ogden Arena.
This is the second time in three years Texas visits the Rio Grande Valley and the second Power 4 opponent UTRGV brings to the RGV this season. When Texas and UTRGV battled at Bert Ogden Arena in 2023, the game drew 6,591 fans, making it the largest attendance for a women's basketball game ever in the Valley.
Fans can purchase tickets at
GoUTRGV.com/Texas. Students get in free with a valid student ID but will need to claim a ticket at
GoUTRGV.com/StudentTickets. A
clear bag policy is in place at the venue.
