RIO GRANDE VALLEY – First place in the Southalnd Conference is on the line as The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) Vaqueros baseball team (26-14, 17-7 SLC) hosts the McNeese Cowboys (29-8, 16-5 SLC) for a three-game series Friday and Saturday at 6:30 p.m. and Sunday at 12 p.m. at UTRGV Baseball Stadium.
UTRGV is currently in third place, half a game back of McNeese and Southeastern (16-5 SLC). McNeese holds the tiebreaker over Southeastern while Southeastern holds the tiebreaker over UTRGV by virtue of winning the season series 2-1. Southeastern visits fourth place Houston Christian (14-7 SLC) this weekend.

•Fans bringing dogs will be asked to fill out a waiver. Fans can

Presented by Main Event • Public Employee Appreciation Day •
Family Fun Day: 4 for $44
•Fans will receive all you can play wristbands, courtesy of Main Event, good from Sunday through Thursday.
•All city, county, state, and federal employees receive free general admission tickets by showing their employee ID.
•Fans can purchase four general admission tickets, four drinks, and four hot dogs for $44.
