RIO GRANDE VALLEY – No. 2 The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) Vaqueros baseball team (35-16) faces the No. 6 Houston Christian University Huskies (28-23) in the Southland Conference Tournament Bracket Play Semifinals, presented by Payne Auto Group, on Friday at 6 p.m. at UTRGV Baseball Stadium.
No. 3 Lamar faces No. 7 Texas A&M-Corpus Christi in an elimination game at 1 p.m.
Gates open at 12 p.m.
Current students of participating institutions, including those graduating this weekend, receive free general admission with their student ID.
