RIO GRANDE VALLEY – The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) Vaqueros men's basketball team (6-11, 2-6 SLC) return home to host the McNeese Cowboys (14-3, 7-2 SLC) on Saturday at 4:30 p.m. at the UTRGV Fieldhouse.

The game will be part of a doubleheader with the women's team, who will play McNeese at 2 p.m.

Saturday is Girl Scout Day, Dads and Daughters Day, and Strategic Enrollment Day. Participating Girl Scouts will get their patches during the women's basketball game while Dads and Daughters can get an offer of 2 tickets for $10 and can participate in a Twin Contest, sponsored by Vaquero Outfitters. There will also be free food for UTRGV students, while supplies last, in between both games.

Fans can purchase tickets online at UTRGVTickets.com. Current UTRGV students receive free general admission with their student ID but will need to claim a ticket at GoUTRGV.com/StudentTickets. Fans can learn more about game day, including parking information, maps, and the clear bag policy, by visiting RallyTheValley.com.
