COMMERCE, Texas – The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) Vaqueros women's basketball team is taking its momentum after winning three of its last four games to East Texas A&M (ETAMU) for a 2:30 p.m. Southland Conference (SLC) contest Saturday at The Field House. 

The Vaqueros (7-8, 4-2 SLC) are looking for their third consecutive win as they face the Lions (7-6, 3-3 SLC) for the first time in Commerce. Saturday's game will be just the second between these programs.
