RIO GRANDE VALLEY – The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) Vaqueros baseball team (16-20, 10-11 SLC) hosts the Southeastern Lions (23-15, 12-6 SLC) in a clash of the two teams that tied for first place to win the 2025 Southland Conference Championship on Friday and Saturday at 6:30 p.m. and Sunday at 1 p.m. at UTRGV Baseball Stadium.
Friday's game will be televised nationally on ESPNU, marking the first nationally televised home game in department history and the first Southland Conference baseball game ever aired nationally.

New for this year – there is a dedicated student entrance up the third baseline accessible from the sidewalk next to Sugar Rd.
