2025 Outdoor Track & Field (Junior): Earned All-Conference Third Team honors with the 4x400-meter relay at SLC Outdoor Championships in 3:08.47 and was eighth in the 400-meter dash in a PR time of 47.10… Took fourth with the 4x400 at the Texas A&M Alumni Muster and was 11^th in the 400… Finished second in the 400 at the J. Fred Duckett Twilight… Won the 400 in 47.61 at the Cactus Cup… Finished 12^th in the 400 at the Bobcat Invitational to open the season in 47.20… 

2025 Indoor Track & Field (Junior): Earned All-Conference Third Team honors with the 4x400-meter relay at SLC Indoor Championships, taking third in 3:11.77, and was eighth in the 400-meter dash in 48.04… Took ninth with the 4x400 and 17^th in the 400 at the Jarvis Scott Invite… Ran a 600-yard dash PR of 1:11.08 at the Stan Scott Invite, finishing 10^th… 

2024 Outdoor Track & Field (Sophomore): Took sixth in the 400-meter dash at WAC Outdoor Championships to earn Second Team All-WAC in a personal-best 47.21 and was fourth with the 4x400-meter relay… Finished fourth in the 400 at the J. Fred Duckett Twilight… Was third in the 400 at the Cactus Cup… Ran the 4x400 relay at Texas Relays… Was ninth in the 400 at the Texas A&M Invite and ran a PB 21.88 in the 200-meter dash… Opened the season taking second in the 400 and third with the 4x400 at the Kirk Baptiste Spring Break Invitational. 

2024 Indoor Track & Field (Sophomore): Took fourth with the 4x400-meter relay at WAC Indoor Championships, setting program record by running 3:12.38 … Was 15^th in prelims of the 400-meter dash at WAC Indoor Championships … Finished 33^rd in 400-meter dash at the Robert Platt Invitational … Ran personal-best 48.40 to take second in the 400 at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Invitational … Was 10^th in the 400 at the season-opening Arkansas Invitational.  

2023 Outdoor Track & Field (Freshman): Was 6th in the 400-meter dash at the Cactus Cup and 1st with the 4x400-meter relay ... Took 1st with the 4x400 at the J. Fred Duckett Twilight and ran a PR in the 400 dash, taking 13th in 48.61 ... Finished 2nd with the 4x400 and 13th in the 400 at the UTSA Invitational. 

2023 Indoor Track & Field (Freshman): Was 6th with the 4x400-meter relay and 22nd in the 400-meter dash in a season-best time at WAC Indoor Championships ... Took 4th with the 4x400 at the Robert Platt Invitational ... Ran a PR 23.06 in the 200-meter dash. 

2018-2022 (Mansfield Timberview High School): Henry was a two-time regional qualifier with Timberview’s 4x400-meter relay, winning a district championship in the event in 2022. He finished second in the 400-meter dash at the district meet, punching his ticket to area. Henry won gold in the 400 at three consecutive meets as a senior and set a new PR of 48.66.
