2025 Indoor Track & Field (Junior): Was sixth with the distance medley relay and 16th in the 800-meter run at SLC Indoor Championships… Ran a PR 1:54.88 in the 800 at the Jarvis Scott Invite and took 21st in the mile… Was ninth in the mile at the Stan Scott Invite… Ran a PR 8:45.99 in the 3,000-meter run to finish fifth at the season-opening LSU Purple Tiger…
2024 Cross Country (Junior): Ran a 10K personal best time of 32:34.6 at the NCAA Div. I South Central Regional, leading the team with a 110th-place finish… Was 22nd at the SLC Championships as the team’s top performer… Ran an 8K personal best time of 25:27.4 to finish fifth at the West Side Classic, leading the team… Led the team with a 33rd-place finish at the UIW Invitational, running a 4-mile personal best time of 20:42.8… Led the team with a seventh-place finish at the Opener at the Seashore.
2024 Outdoor Track & Field (Sophomore): Was 14th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at WAC Outdoor Championships… Took fourth in the 800-meter run at the Cactus Cup… Was sixth in the 1,500-meter run and 10th in the 800 in a season-best 1:55.83 at the 44 Farms Team Invitational… Was seventh in the 1,500 with a PB 3:58.02 at the Texas A&M Invite… Opened the season taking 10th in the 800 at the Kirk Baptiste Spring Break Invitational.
2024 Indoor Track & Field (Sophomore): Finished ninth with distance medley relay at WAC Indoor Championships, running 10:36.89 … Was 13th in 800-meter run prelims at WAC Indoor Championships, running personal-best 1:55.14 … Was 15th in the 3,000-meter run and 19th in the 800 at the Jarvis Scott Open … Was fifth with the distance medley relay and 21st in the mile at the Robert Platt Invitational … Finished 15th in the mile and 18th in the 800-meter run at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Invitational … Opened the season running a personal-best 4:19.60 to take 21st in the mile at the Arkansas Invitational and was 19th in the 800-meter run.
2023 Cross Country (Sophomore): Ran 10K personal-best 33:06.7 to finish 124th at the NCAA South Central Regional… Was 61st at WAC Championships… Took 48th at the UIW Invitational… Finished 37th at the UIW Twilight to start the season with a 6K personal-best time of 19:36.
2023 Outdoor Track & Field (Freshman): Won the 3,000-meter steeplechase in a PR time of 9:31.01 at the Texas Invitational ... Was 15th in steeplechase and 19th in the 5,000-meter run at WAC Outdoor Championships, running a PR 15:08.67 in the 5,000 ... Took 4th in steeplechase at the UTSA Invitational ... Was 4th in the 5,000 at Charles Austin Classic ... Took 8th in steeplechase at the Bobcat Invitational.
2023 Indoor Track & Field (Freshman): Took 6th in the 3,000-meter run at the Robert Platt Invitational in 8:51.54 (PR) ... Ran PRs in the 800-meter run (1:59.13) and mile (4:23.99) at the Jarvis Scott Open ... Was 36th in the 3,000 run at WAC Indoor Championships.
2022 Cross Country (Freshman): Finished 81st at the Western Athletic Conference Championships (8K) ... Set a new PR in the 8K at the Arturo Barrios Invitational on 10/15, placing 129th in 25:35.1 ... Finished 16th at the UIW Invitational (8K) on 10/1 ... Finished 26th in his collegiate debut at the UIW Twilight (6K) on 9/2.
2018-2022 (Brackett High School): Morales had a stellar career at Brackett High School in Brackettville, TX. He won the University Interscholastic League (UIL) Class 2A Cross Country State Championship in 2021 and was a four-time state qualifier, finishing in the Top 20 all four years and winning silver in 2020. He was the regional champion three consecutive years and took bronze as a freshman in 2018. Morales also reached the Class 2A State Track & Field Meet all three possible years (no meet in 2020 due to COVID-19), qualifying for the 1,600-meter and 3,200-meter runs three times and the 800-meter run once. In 2022, he took silver in the 3,200-meter run and bronze in the 1,600-meter race at state and was the regional champion in both events plus the 800. As a junior in 2021, he won state and regional championships in both the 1,600 and 3,200 races. He won bronze in the 1,600 and 3,200 at the regional meet as a freshman and finished fourth in the 800. Morales boasts personal record times of 2:00 in the 800, 4:26 in the 1,600 and 9:40.58 in the 3,200.
