2025 Track & Field (Freshman): Did not compete in any indoor or outdoor meets. 

2024 Cross Country (Freshman): Competed in three meets… Ran at the NCAA Div. I South Central Regional… Took 63^rd at the UIW Invitational… Made collegiate debut at the Opener at the Seashore, finishing 19^th. 

Prior to UTRGV (Rio Grande City): Ramos was a three-time Region IV-5A qualifier in cross country, topped by a 60^th-place finish in 2023. She earned three consecutive top-10 finishes at District 30-5A meets including taking fifth as a junior and sophomore. As a senior, Ramos also took ninth at the Border Olympics, 10^th in the Elite race at the RGVCCCA Meet of Champions, and was 34^th in the Silver division at the McNeil Hoka Invitational. Though Ramos’ senior season was shortened, she reached the Region IV-5A meet twice and found success in the 800- and 1,600-meter runs. She was a two-time District 30-5A runner-up in the 1,600 and claimed the area title in the event in 2023, improving on a third-place finish in 2022. Ramos finished 11^th in the 1,600 at the 2023 regional meet and was fourth in the RGVCA Meet of Champions 800-meter race (5A) that season. Ramos boasts personal records of 2:27.33 in the 800 and 5:23.70 in the 1,600.
