2013 Season • Senior
Indoor – Competed in four meets … took the gold in the mile run at the Great West Conference with a time of 5:05.56 and also took third in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 10:18.79 ... finished in seventh in the mile run at the Red Raider Open with a time of 5:24.23 and finished in third place in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 10:31.88 ... placed 14th in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 10:28.68 and was a part of the Distance Medley Relay team that placed fifth at the Howie Ryan Invitational/Multis ... finished in sixth place on the first day of the Masked Rider Open in the 1,000-meter run while finishing in seventh of the 3,000-meter run with a time of 10:50.79.
Outdoor – Finished in the top two in five of her 10 events, including three victores and a pair of second place finishes … Won Great West Conference Championship in 5,000-meter run with time of 17:39.29 while also taking silver in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:43.53 (5/5) … Posted season-best time in the 1,500-meter run with a 4:37.99 to come in 23rd at the Beach Invitational (4/20) … Ran 1,500-meter race in what was then a season-best time of 4:38.69 to come in 114th at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/18) … Earned UTPA Female Athlete of the Year award while getting honored with Class of 1962 Endowed Scholarship at UTPA Student-Athletes Awards Banquet (4/14) ... Won the 5,000-meter run at the Texas State Invitational with a career-best time of 17:24.75, the second fastest time in program history (4/6), to earn Great West Conference Athlete of the Week honors (4/12) … Won the 5,000-meter run at the Bobcat Invitational with what was then a career-best time of 17:44.60 (3/29) to earn Great West Conference Athlete of the Week honors (4/6) … Opened season with second place finish in 800-meter run with time of 2:18.75 while helping 4x400-meter relay team to 10th place finish with time of 4:39.11 at Cactus Cup (3/16).
2012 Season • Junior
Indoor – Competed in three meets … Finished fourth in mile run at Great West Conference Championships with career-best time of 5:10.25 while also recording career-best time in 3,000-meter run at 10:26.37, good for seventh place … Came in second in mile run at McNeese Jeff Davis Bank Indoor Invite II with time of 5:12.30 … Took fifth in 3,000-meter run at Texas Tech Indoor Open with time of 10:43.63 while helping DMR team to finish fourth with time of 12:56.80.
Outdoor – Competed in seven meets … Participated in three events at Great West Conference Championships, taking fourth in 1,500-meter run (career-best 4:35.83), fifth in 800-meter run (2:18.25) and seventh in 5,000-meter run (18:23.10) … Took second place in 1,500-meter run at Texas State Bobcat Classic with time of 4:36.94 … Had career-best performance in 800-meter run at Beach Invitational with time of 2:14.52 while finishing 44th … Finished second in 800-meter run at Trinity Alumni Classic with time of 2:19.12 … Placed third in 5,000-meter run at Cactus Cup with time of 18:36.99.
2011 Season • Sophomore
Indoor – Competed in three meets … was part of the Distance Medley Relay team that finished ninth at the Houston Indoor Invitational with a time of 12:57.15 … placed 15th in the mile run (5:17.82) at the UH All-Comers Meet … was part of the second place Distance Medley Relay team at the Great West Conference Indoor Championships with a time of 12:29.66 … finished eighth in conference in the mile run with a time of 5:11.29.
Outdoor – Competed five times … finished sixth in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:44.35 … finished the season at the Great West Conference Outdoor Championships placing in fifth and sixth place in the 1,500 and 800-meter runs with times of 4:46.27 and 2:22.33, respectively.
2010 Season • Freshman
Indoor – Competed in one meet during the indoor season … placed 24th and 22nd in the 3,000-meter and mile runs … helped team finish seventh in the Distance Medley Relay with a time of 13:06.82.
Outdoor – Competed in six meets … had four top 10 finishes … placed eighth in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 5:09.35 … finished seventh with a time of 4:53.28 in the 1,500-meter run and eighth in the 5,000-meter run with an 18:36.21 at the Michael Johnson Classic … posted her best time in the 1,500-meter and 5,000-meter runs at the Great West Conference Outdoor Championships with times of 4:47.47 and 18:22.72 respectively.
