2019 Outdoor Track & Field (Redshirt Junior): Qualified for NCAA West Preliminary Round, finishing 29^thin 400-meter hurdles with time of 51.76 (5/23) … Part of WAC Champion 4x400-meter relay team with time of 3:12.33, which earned him All-WAC First team honors. Took silver in 400-meter hurdles with PR of 51.47 and bronze in 110-meter hurdles with PR of 14.70 (0.9 wind) at WAC Championships (5/11) … Won 4x400-meter relay (3:11.61) while finishing second in 100-meter hurdles (14.75w (2.7)) at Bobcat Classic (4/27) … Won 400-meter hurdles (53.39) and 4x400-meter relay (3:16.06) while finishing third in 100-meter hurdles (14.71 (wind: 1.7)) and fifth in the javelin with a PR of 38.91 meters at the South Texas Showdown, presented by Navy Army Community Credit Union (4/6).

2018 Outdoor Track & Field (Redshirt Sophomore): Competed in eight meets … finished in ninth place in the 400-meter hurdles at the Western Athletic Conference Championships after finishing with a time of 55.63 seconds while helping his 4x400-meter relay team to a second place finish with a time of 3:13.19 … finished in second place in the 400-meter hurdles at the Tom Tellez Invitational after crossing the finish line with a time of 55.55 seconds … helped his 4x400-meter relay team to a fourth place finish at the J Fred Duckett Twilight after finishing with a time of 3:19.57 while finishing in eighth place in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 56.18 seconds … posted a second place finish in the 400-meter hurdles at the UTRGV Dual after finishing with a time of 56.31 seconds … finished in 11^thplace in the 400-meter hurdles at the Bobcat Invitational after crossing the finish line with a time of 55.85 seconds … came in sixth place in the 400-meter hurdles at the UTSA Invitational after finishing with a time of 55.40 seconds.

1st Secondary School of Aghios Dimitrios: Ran on the 4x400-meterrelay team that won the Balkan Junior Championships in 2015 ... qualified for the 2015 European Athletics Junior Championships in the 400-meter hurdles and the 4x400-meterrelay ... placed 3rd in the European Youth Olympic Trials in 2014, and holds the Greek National Youth record in the 400-meter hurdles.
