2016-17 (Senior): Fall Season: Competed in one tournament … tied for 66^th at the Itani Quality Homes Intercollegiate after posting a three-round score of 230 with rounds of 79, 72 and 79.

Spring Season: Competed in five tournaments … earned Second Team All-WAC honors … posted a 10^th place finish at the Western Athletic Conference Championship after posting a three-round score of 219 with rounds of 74, 72 and 73 … turned in a two-round score of 147 at the Jim West Intercollegiate after rounds of 73 and 74 to finish tied for 25^th … finished tied for 38^th at the Bob Sitton Invitational after posting a three-round score of 223 with rounds of 76, 76 and 71 … tied for 30^th at the Colin Montgomerie Invitational after finishing with a three-round score of 223 with rounds of 70, 75 and 78 … finished tied for ninth place at the Atchafalaya Intercollegiate after posting rounds of 73, 72 and 73 for a three-round total of 218.

2015-16 (Junior): Fall Season – Competed in one fall tournament … finished in 77^th at the Badger Invitational after shooting a three-round score of 250 (81, 82, 87).

Spring Season – Competed in three tournaments … finished tied for 69^th at the Jim West Intercollegiate after posting a three-round score of 237 (78, 80, 79) … posted a three-round score of 226 (73, 76, 77) to finish tied for 43^rd at the Colin Montgomerie Invitational … finished tied for 52^nd after shooting a 78 in the rain shortened Atchafalaya Intercollegiate.

2013-15 (Western Texas College): As a sophomore, finished in a tie for fourth at the Harold Funston Invitational where he posted rounds of 75, 68 and 71 to finish four strokes off the lead ... As a freshman, finished in the top-10 at the NJCAA Southwest Championship while also being named to the Western Junior College Athletic Conference All-Conference team. 

Chip Shot: Son of Castor Gomez and Loly Ruiz ... has one sister, Laura, who plays golf at James Madison University ... majoring in business management.
