2011 Season • Junior
In her only meet of the season, finished in 57th place at the UTSA Ricardo Romo/Six Flags Fiesta Texas Classic with a time of 22:35.

2010 Season • Sophomore
Finished in 45th place with a time of 21:37 at the Islander Open.

2009 Season • Freshman
Posted a time of 28:20.3 at the Great West Conference Championship for a 52nd place finish ... Finished in 19th place at the HBU/Puma Invitational with a time of 19:03.2 ... posted a time of 21:28.1 at the Islander Splash.

Payton was a four-year letterman in track and field and a two-year letter winner in cross country…earned district champ honors and qualified for state…member of the art club and the LC Express summer track team.

Payton is the daughter of Burnett Wade and Stephane Payton…born on June 7, 1990...has one brother - Damian…majoring in psychology.
