He also served as the first head coach to the clubs U-18 USL Super Y League team, which competed against teams around the state and against USSDA teams for non-league play (Solar Chelsea). During the fall and spring Ardalani also coached the clubs U-5, U-10, and U-11 youth academy teams. The USL Premier Development League is currently considered the top-level men's amateur soccer competition in the United States behind Major League Soccer, the North American Soccer League, and the United Soccer Leagues.
In 2013 Ardalani was also the first ever head coach for Texas A&M University-Kingsville Women’s Soccer team (NIRSA). His responsibilities included acquisition of club funding, coaching, recruiting and administrative work for the club. The team competed in the Texas Collegiate Soccer League against programs like the University of Texas, Texas State University, and the University of Texas- San Antonio.
Ardalani also played three seasons for the RGV Bravos/Ocelots in the PDL and Southern Premier Soccer League.
Born in Harlingen, Texas, Ardalani earned his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Texas A&M University-Kingsville. He is the son of Kyumars and Elvia Ardalani who are both professors within the Valley community and has two younger brothers Shwan and Horam.
