2025 Outdoor Track & Field (Junior): Won the hammer throw Southland Conference title and earned All-Conference First Team honors… Qualified for the NCAA West First Round in hammer, finishing 24^th with a mark of 58.43 meters… Took first in hammer with a mark of 56.78 meters at SLC Outdoor Championships and competed in all four throwing disciplines, taking sixth in javelin with a season-best mark (41.22m), seventh in discus (47.01m) and 10^th in shot put with a season-best mark (13.54m)… Named SLC Women’s Field Athlete of the Week on May 7… Took second in hammer with a season-best mark of 59.44 meters at the Texas A&M Alumni Muster and threw a discus PR of 49.97 meters to finish fourth… Named SLC Women’s Field Athlete of the Week on April 30… Was second in hammer, third in discus and eighth in shot put at the J. Fred Duckett Twilight… Took sixth in discus and ninth in hammer at the Bobcat Invitational… Opened the season with a second-place finish in discus and a fourth-place finish in hammer at the Charles Austin Classic… 

2025 Indoor Track & Field (Junior): Earned All-Conference Third Team honors at SLC Indoor Championships, finishing third in weight throw with a mark of 16.80 meters and sixth in shot put with a season-best mark of 13.66 meters… Was ninth in shot put and 11^th in weight throw at the Jarvis Scott Invite… Took sixth in weight throw with a season-best mark of 17.12 meters and was 12^th in shot put at the Stan Scott Invite… Was fifth in shot put and 10^th in weight throw at the LSU Purple Tiger… 

2024 Outdoor Track & Field (Sophomore): Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary in hammer throw, finishing 32^nd… Was the Outstanding Field Performer at the WAC Outdoor Championships after finding the podium in four throws events, medaling in three… Silver medalist and All-WAC First Team in hammer throw with a personal best 59.84m, bronze medalist and All-WAC First Team in shot put and discus, fourth and Second Team All-WAC in javelin with a PB 43.40m at WAC Championships… At J. Fred Duckett Twilight, won discus, was second in hammer and fourth in shot put with a PB 14.80m… Won hammer and javelin at Cactus Cup while taking third in discus… Was fourth in hammer and discus, with a PB 49.42m, at 44 Farms Team Invitational while also finishing seventh in shot… Took seventh in discus at Texas Relays… Opened season at Texas A&M Invite, finishing fourth in discus and eighth in shot put. 

2024 Indoor Track & Field (Sophomore): Earned bronze and All-WAC First Team in shot put and was fifth in weight throw, making All-WAC Second Team, at WAC Indoor Championships, marking personal bests in both events … Took second in weight throw and 16^th in shot put at the Jarvis Scott Open … Was seventh in weight throw and 11^th in shot put at the Robert Platt Invitational … Finished 13^th in weight throw and 22^nd in shot put at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Invitational … Took ninth in shot put and 10^th in weight throw at the season-opening Arkansas Invitational. 

2023 Outdoor Track & Field (Freshman): Placed 4th in discus, 10th in hammer throw and 12th in shot put at WAC Outdoor Championships ... Won discus at the Cactus Cup and was 3rd in hammer with a PR of 51.91 meters while taking 9th in shot put ... Was 3rd in discus at the J. Fred Duckett Twilight with a PR throw of 48.12 meters ... Was 5th in discus and 8th in hammer at the UTSA Invitational ... Finished 5th in discus at the Charles Austin Classic. 

2023 Indoor Track & Field (Freshman): Marked PRs in shot put (13.36 meters) and weight throw (15.56 meters) at WAC Indoor Championships, finishing 12th and 18th in those respective events ... Was 3rd in weight throw and 8th in shot put at the Jarvis Scott Open. 

Prior to UTRGV: Hilding joins UTRGV with personal bests of 13.38 meters in shot put, 49 meters in discus, 48.06 meters in hammer throw and 38.23 meters in javelin. She won the discus throw at four outdoor meets in 2022 and three shot put events at indoor meets. Owns five Swedish championship medals and 17 top-five placements in Swedish championships.
