2017-20 (Northern Colorado): Played volleyball the last four seasons for the Bears where she wrapped up a volleyball career that saw her finish with 1,118 kills, 1,043 digs, 113 aces in 107 career matches. Muff was named to the All-Big Sky First Team in her junior and senior season while helping the Bears to a 2019 Big Sky Championship.

2014-17 (Pittsburg High School): Was a multi-sport athlete at Pittsburg High School where she lettered four years in volleyball, basketball, and track & field ... was a two-time First Team All-League honoree in her junior and senior season in basketball as she finished her high school career as the program's all-time leading scorer ... in volleyball, Muff earned First Team All-League honoree in her sophomore, junior and senior seasons as she finished her high school career as the program's all-time leader in kills ... on the track, Muff is a three-time State Champion in the 100-meter hurdles and a three-time State Champion in the 300-meter hurdles while finishing her high school career with the program's fastest times in both events ... was recognized as the Joplin Globe Female Athlete of the Year in 2017 while being a member of the National Honor Society. 

Off the Court: Daughter of Kevin and Kim Muff ... has two sisters, Alex and Skyler.
