MEN'S TENNIS DROPS ROAD MATCH IN LAFAYETTE

LAFAYETTE, Louisiana- The University of Texas-Pan American (UTPA) men's tennis team dropped it's second match in as many days on Saturday as they fell to the University of Lousiana-Lafayette Ragin Cajuns 6-1 at the Cajun Courts. The Broncs are now 1-8 on the season while the Cajuns improve to 4-8.

Aswin Vijayaragavan continued his string of strong play as he won both of his matches over the weekend. On Saturday he knocked off Yanick Mandl 6-1, 6-4 to pick up UTPA's only point in the match, 

Vijayaragavan teamed up with Beau Bernstein to win thier doubles match notching a 9-8 victory over Yanick Mandl and Brandon Farine of ULL.

Next up for the Broncs is a match on April 2nd with Laredo Community College. This match was postponed after rain cancelled the original date on February 9th. The match will be played at the Cox Tennis Center in Edinburg.
