FINAL RESULTS
CHICAGO, Illinois- The University of Texas-Pan American women's tennis team will return home from the 2011 Great West Conference Championships with a fourth place finish after they fell in the third-place match to Seattle University 4-0 Sunday morning in Chicago. The match ended once Seattle earned the necessary four points to earn the match victory.
The Broncs lost the doubles point after the teams of

Wanda Beguelin and Blanca Garcia/
Suncica Strkic each lost their flights 8-5.
Malin Andersen and Reeta Raty were tied in the top flight with Seattle U's Katrina Schwab and Corrine Warden at 7-7.
In the singles matches, Seattle's Schwab took the second flight 6-1, 6-3 over Beguelin. Gabriella Weissmann defeated Nazarova 6-1, 6-2. In the sixth flight Warden defeated Garcia 6-2, 6-1 and clinched the win for Seattle. Andersen and Ariel Ohno saw their highly competitive top-flight go unfinished with Ohno ahead 1-6, 6-0, 1-2.
NJIT and North Dakota are currently competing for the Great West Conference title.
