HUNTSVILLE – Roma-native Julia Perez, Sophomore Reegan Greenwood and Freshman Mariana Ranzahuer each won a back draw championship to lead the University of Texas-Pan American Broncs women's tennis team at the Sam Houston State Bearkat Classic on Sunday.
 
Ranzahuer defeated Oral Roberts' Haley Martin 6-4, 6-0 to win the Flight A back draw championship.
 
Greenwood defeated Oral Roberts' Mairead Cleary 6-0, 4-6, 1-0 (14-12) to win the Flight B back draw championship.
 
Perez won the Flight C back draw championship after defeating Oral Robert's Nika Munoz 7-5, 4-6, 1-0 (10-3).
 
In doubles, Ranzahuer and Greenwood teamed up to win the doubles back draw championship after they defeated Cleary and Dollar 8-4.
 
The Broncs have wrapped up their fall season and will begin to prepare for their spring schedule.
