Last Time Out
The Broncs (0-1) kicked off their season on the road at No. 12 Texas A&M.

The Aggies defeated the Broncs 7-0 this past Sunday at the George P. Mitchell Tennis Center. Texas A&M started things in doubles as the team of Harrison Adams and Shane Vinsant defeated the duo of Sebastien Job and Juan Cruz Soria 6-2. They then clinched the doubles point after Jeremy Efferding and Jordan Szabo beat Ivar Aramburu and Alejandro Sanoja 6-2.

The Aggies won all six matches in straight sets. Chetan Panditi had the closest set at the No. 5 singles position. After dropping his first set 6-3, he had a 4-3 lead against Texas A&M's Frankie Colunga before falling 4-6.

Scouting the Ragin' Cajuns
The Cajuns (1-1) are wrapping up a four-match Texas road trip. They defeated Incarnate Word 6-1 on Jan. 17 and then fell to 0-7 to Texas A&M on Jan. 19.

The Cajuns were supposed to face Prairie View A&M but the match was cancelled because of the weather. They close out their road trip at the Orville Cox Tennis Center against UTPA.

Rick de Groot, Damian Farinola and Hunter Johnson paced the Cajuns with 14 wins in dual matches last season. The Cajuns return their entire lineup from last season's team that went 15-12 and reached the semifinals of the Sun Belt tournament.

So We Meet Again
Sophomore Mauricio Fosado, who spent his freshman season with the Cajuns, gets his first chance to face his former team on Saturday. Fosado went 3-2 in the fall tournament season while going 1-0 in the dual match season.
